GATOR KATE'S Mobile Crêperie  was founded in 2011 at a farmers market in Vero Beach, Florida.  We are  proud to be part of the grassroots movement happening all over our country which supports our local farmers, small businesses and locally made products. 

 

We prepare true artisan food.  All of our hand crafted batters, soups, desserts and other products are made from scratch using only the finest, freshest ingredients available.  There are no preservatives, fillers or artificial ingredients - Ever!   Our artisan food is unique and absolutely delicious!

 

Our sweet dessert crêpes are made with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla and French Cognac.  Our savory crêpes (galettes) are made from blended flours, including organic buckwheat flour. 

 

 Crêpes are prepared quickly, 3 to 4 minutes per crêpe, and our double  crêpe griddle allows us to prepare two  crêpes at a time.  Crêpes are made fresh to order for you and your guests, right before your eyes.
